These seating options will be added to other flexible seating options I am gathering for the upcoming school year. Despite multiple built-in brain breaks, where students get up and move their bodies, this is still a big strain on their small bodies. There are many benefits of a flexible seating classroom that I have been researching this summer with careful consideration. According to research, students have improved attention spans, gross motor skills, and improve test scores in classrooms that have flexible seating provided rather than students who do not have these seating options in their classroom.
