This project will help develop a student library in my class. It will help develop a love of books for my students and show them that books can take them places. All of my students are struggling readers and I believe that the first step to helping them develop the skill is to pique their interest. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. My hope is that by offering a variety of books they will develop that life- long love.
