With the current pandemic, my students will not be able to share materials in our learning model. Most of my students do not own a pair of their own headphones and their families are unable to afford to purchase a set for school use. Headphones will allow students to hear better and focus more.
To keep my students healthy and safe, they need their own sets of headphones to be able to access technology and online learning at school.
In addition, certain lessons are self-paced and geared to the student's own ability. At these times, it is necessary that each student is able to hear what they are working on. To make the most of technology, headphones are a necessity at school.
We are more dependent than ever on technology, due to the pandemic changing our learning environment.
When students have their own headphones they can work more independently and with fewer distractions, no matter what the subject.
