I would like to give my students the opportunity to explore tools that allow them to use problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
These STEM tools will challenge my little learners to create, explore and manipulate objects that encourage creativity and problem solving.
I will use these tools during math and science independent rotation time, where students can participate with their peers to explore gears, magnets, ramps, blocks and other various STEM tools.
These tools will strengthen their abilities in mathematical and scientific problem solving. It will also help develop social emotional skills that the kiddos are still developing like team work, sharing and communication with other students.
