Our Early Childhood Special Education program has just been given spaces for a Sensory room & Motor room, now we need tools to use with our learners. We serve low income and special education students as well as same-aged peer models.
I am seeking funding to purchase needed Sensory tools for the Sensory and Motor spaces❤️
Presently, public education funding is limited.
The target of the tools requested with this funding is for students with sensorimotor needs such as decreased reflex maturation, decreased motor planning, and/or decreased postural security/body awareness. Delays in these areas impact the student's ability to reach higher level development such as perceptual motor skills and cognitive intellect.
