These items will all be used frequently in our classroom and help me to give my students the background knowledge necessary to grow their number sense and ability to apply mathematical concepts. Number sense is such a huge part of math in first grade and the magnetic number chart will be instrumental in giving my students extra practice to grow in this area. Besides number sense, computation, shapes, coins and more will be able to be taught and practiced with the items that I have requested here. These items will also be able to be used year after year so they will help me to teach hundreds of children over the next several years!
