A strong foundation in reading is so important, all other subjects involve reading. After being introduced to a new phonics or phonemic awareness concept, much practice must be done to learn and use the new information. I have selected many activities on Teachers Pay Teachers that support students in learning to read concepts. They will enjoy creating and playing while learning these critical concepts. I have selected activities that support the learning of letter names, letter sounds, basic CVC words, beginning sounds, middle sounds, ending sounds, blends, digraphs, rhyming, basic writing, and reading. These games and activities will support each child's learning and provide opportunities for developing a love of reading. Thank you for your support!
