My project will provide a calming atmosphere for my students and staff to relax and learn social and emotional skills. Provide a safe place to express emotions, and discuss ways to implement desired classroom behaviors. I want students and staff to leave my room feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the world. My students will learn valuable life skills that will allow them to leave elementary school with a firm foundation to build upon. Elementary school is the perfect place to start learning and building social and emotional skills.
