Each student will have the chance to experience different textures by touch. Some of the Sensory bins I would love to create include Kinetic Sand, Shaving Cream, Orbees, Beans and Pasta. Inside the bin I will include plastic animals, insects, shapes, and beads etc. Each of the sensory bins will also include fine motor tasks such as sorting objects using tweezers, filling cups with rice using tweezer, etc. Students will use sensory bins to explore and manipulate objects and develop fine motor skills. This is a great way for students to strengthen their hands.
