Many ASD students satisfy their sensory needs through manipulating textures like slime and clay, painting with vivid colors, listening to music, and movement breaks with a scooter or bouncy ball. I would like to build a sensory booth in my classroom out of PVC pipe and heavy cardboard, where the students can go to relieve stress and frustration, relax after working hard, wind-down, or just have fun! I know they will love it, and I thank you so much for donating to this project!
The looks on my student's faces when they see our new sensory booth will be second to none!
