I will use the shelves and boxes to help organize my "Reading Dugout" (classroom library) to make it easier for students to find books that interest them. My goal is to help students find a love and passion for reading and learning new things. I will offer a variety of books and magazines for my students to enjoy. I have been buying and collecting books the last 14 years of my teaching career. Now I would like to have these shelves and racks to help organize and display these exciting books. I would like for my new students to continue to grow their reading skills by finding books that interest and excite them. The more a child reads the better reader he/she becomes in life. I cannot wait to see their faces when they see the new cool "Reading Dugout" area in the classroom just for them to fall in love with reading and help continue to grow their brains.
