Students seeking out counseling in a school environment should have a feeling of safety and comfort. I want my office to be that place for all students. Adding a large area rug and a variety of seating options will help me accomplish this goal. Having a cubby system with colorful baskets will bring joy to my office and give me an easy way to organize my supplies. Allowing students to share art work, sayings and items that they are proud of can be displayed on the cork bulletin board. A comfortable, safe place will allow students to open up, learn and grow. I want a place where students will return over and over again!

About my class
