We are requesting funds to push for a stronger school community using our PBIS program. Funds will be used for incentives for positive behaviors such as following the three R's (Respect Yourself and Others, Respect Property, and Responsibility), academic success, and meeting school expectations. Some examples of what incentives will be used for include celebrating students on the Honor Roll, special emphasis for Student of the Month/Effort of the Month for each grade level (4th - 8th), and our X Marks the Spot recognition program!
Positive behaviors by students help build a safe and strong school community where students want to come to learn and build relationships! Larger incentives will be used as quarterly rewards where students can put their Steamer Bucks into a drawing to win a larger prize, which you see on our wishlist. We will be rewarding targeted students with academic and popular prizes based on their positive behaviors. These rewards will help keep our students motivated to continue to come to school! Thank you for all your consideration and support!
