I am a first year second grade teacher. I am needing some grade level books to meet the needs of my future readers. Having a large classroom library gives opportunities to every learner to find an interesting book. All of these books have been chosen for student engagement in mind. My hope is to instill a love for reading and have it continue to grow as they begin to “read to learn” in upper grades. Students will be choosing a book from my library to read during independent reading time
