Fourth graders are an active bunch! It is important to have multiple areas in the classroom where they can go to focus on their work. I want to make sure all my students are comfortable where they are learning, so they can focus on the work in front of them. The wobble chairs will be the perfect addition to my classroom for my students who need to move while they work. The carpet squares will allow each child to move their workspace to a spot in the classroom that allows them to focus. The large classroom rug will be for our morning meetings. Students will be able to meet as a group and learn more about their classmates. It is also where students will be able to share projects and writing with their classmates. Lastly, they will come together to hear a story read aloud to them each day. It serves as a favorite place for many of the students!
