My students love having the opportunity to complete activities and learn alongside our 2 class guinea pigs, Ginny and Luna. They come in every morning, excited to greet our furry friends, and love to say "goodbye" at the end of every day before heading to their bus or car riders. My sweet 4th graders especially love learning how to properly clean Ginny and Luna's cage, and how to feed and water them because they enjoy knowing that they are helping to make them both happy and healthy members of our classroom. However, Ginny and Luna have quickly outgrown their cage at school, and have very minimal space to move around and play. My students have suggested many times that we provide our friends with a larger habitat that better meets their needs, and I could not agree more with them! Please help us provide a more suitable living situation for our sweet class pets!
