Help me provide seating options for my students! In my experience, many students learn better when given the option to leave their seat. Flexible seating caters to the multiple modalities of learning and the attention spans of young children. I would love for my students to be able to utilize our entire classroom, rather than just their desks. We are in need of a classroom rug fit for an entire class and other forms of flexible seating. I believe if I can give my students different choices for the day, they will be more engaged and more active in day to day learning. I would love to start the school year off with lap desks for mobile learning and bouncy bands that help kids focus. I can't wait for many lessons at the carpet and for read around the room time on the requested futon for our classroom library!
