I teach a wonderful group of little rock stars at a Title 1 school. Our school has a strong mission to develop lifelong learners. That mission is very strong within my classroom. I have 12 boys and 6 girls. My boys are very active and are constantly on the move. They love playing games, drawing and reading non-fiction. My girls are spunky, creative, and love to play "teacher" whenever they can! My students come from low income families and have a wide range of students in my room. Some have emotional and behavioral issues, one comes from a foster home, and several are struggling to learn a language. They all have one thing in common, they are eager to learn!

About my class
