For over 10 years, our school didn't have an astronomy class. I recently brought the class back to our school, but the students' learning is limited to computers and in the classroom. Having a telescope will help them to connect their learning to real life, and allow them to practice what they learn in class. I would love to further engage my students in astronomy by using a telescope so they can see these celestial objects with their own eyes! Students will be able to see sunspots on the sun, the moon, planets, stars and sometimes even eclipses!
