Students gain so much knowledge of language and social-emotional growth from being read to. By granting this wish, they will be able to circle up and be read to, plus they can choose to leave their desks to find a comfy reading spot on the rug. Giving kids choices allows them to feel empowered to take charge of their own learning. It encourages students to find the joy in reading, which is a treasure we wish to instill in all children. This classroom wish being granted will help students grow socially, emotionally, and educationally.

About my class
