These materials will be used to boost my students in reading and writing! Some of my students are still learning their letter names and sounds since English is their second language. I plan to use these materials in their small group reading times and in centers. The more practice and exposure they get with these the faster they will learn. Journaling and writing are also important for them to have more exposure to. As they grow in the reading area, then comes their desire for writing. These journals will be used to write about the wonderful books we will be reading in class!
