I teach a special needs preschool program at a local elementary school. This program is for children ages 3-5 with special needs and developmental delays. The classroom addresses the individual needs of each student with an education plan and trained teaching staff. This class provides opportunities for these children to learn and participate in structured activities before heading off to school. These children come from low income homes and this program is the highlight of their day. The children enjoy coming to school to learn and play. I do the very best to make my classroom fun, nurturing and educational.
