I first came up with this idea while I was student teaching. I had many sixth-grade students who would say "I wish I could take a picture" or even refer back to a moment where they wish they could describe it more. I want to create an area in my classroom where my students can take pictures of their favorite moments in class and put them in the classroom to remember all year, and at the end of the year even take it home to remember it. This project will provide them the cameras and film to do so. These cameras will stay in my classroom for my students to take pictures and hang on our "selfie" board, so at any time, they can remember their favorite moments throughout the year.
