The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional ways to explore, learn, and have fun in the classroom. The early learning activities set will prepare students for reading with lots of practice in problem-solving. It helps develops skills in comparing sizes, building vocabulary, sorting, and classifying with multiple mats and manipulatives. The Alphabet sounds teaching tubs would be perfect for exploring letter sounds, it also helps students identify and sort a variety of miniature objects, play memory games and build vocabulary skills. Each tub has uppercase and lowercase plastic letters. There are so many options and possibilities with this kit. The sand and water tubs are a perfect way to social distance and let the students explore at their discovery table. These tables could be used for anything from water, sand, slime, shaving cream, any sensory texture that is available during the day. Timers are a great, subtle way for staff to reinforce classroom management. Using timers in the classroom also help students who have a hard time transitioning request more time to move on. The use of timers in the classroom can be used for many things from classroom management to, tracking the duration of maladaptive behavior, and giving students time to be ready to move on. The wonder wands are a great sensory toy that students can use to stay calm and focused. The items I have chosen will be a huge asset in the classroom for students to feel calm, successful, and interested in learning throughout the year.
