The materials in this project will allow my students to have a more comfortable learning experience in our classroom. Flexible seating helps students to relax in their learning environment. The pillow cushions will be one of several flexible seating options for my students during the upcoming year. The lights chosen will be used throughout the year to promote a calm environment during our independent reading and practice time. By having flexible seating and low-light options in our classroom, my students will feel more "at home" while in their learning environment.
