These books will help my students learn about ALL important figures in history and share a side of life they may or may not relate to. My classroom library is lacking in culturally relevant reading materials. I want my students to be able to relate to who they are reading about and become inspired to do great things in their lives. I know that if one of these books can help inspire at least one of my students then this world will become a better place in the future.
