As a 1st year teacher, I have limited supplies to work with.
I plan to have students use dry erase boards almost daily in the classroom. They will use them for independent work, stations, and one-on-one time with me. Other materials include station games, prize incentives, and classroom management tools. I will be using the stapler, markers, hole puncher, and tape to create lesson plans/station materials as well as decorate the classroom. Chart paper (for anchor charts) and the 100s chart will be pinned to the wall for references throughout the year. The rest of the material is for classroom decor to create a comfortable and inviting learning environment.
