In my classroom family, we know that to improve we must make mistakes. But making mistakes can sometimes be embarrassing. This leads to a lack of confidence for the student. To help apply a risk-free learning environment the boogie boards will allow for students to answer questions honestly and discreetly. This gives me the opportunity to adjust my teaching for each students' individual needs. The boogie boards will be utilized in whole group, small group, and peer instruction, bringing engagement to learning, confidence in one's self, and assisting in a risk-free learning environment.
About my class
