Having chair pockets will help my young scholars to stay organized. They sit at tables instead of desks so organization is a must to keep track of materials including smaller personal items such as crayons, glue, and pencils. This is especially important during this time of Covid-19. In addition, having a new bookshelf will be equally valuable as a way house books that we go over together during whole group sessions. Students will be able to see the books on display and reference as we scaffold learning and build background knowledge.
