This project will help create an exciting classroom library. Our current library is very small and has older books. Most of those books were published before our current system of reading levels ( F&P, Lexile, or DRA ). These books do not touch upon the exciting genres of fantasy, science fiction, etc. I would like to build a welcoming space for readers by having available up-to-date books and different genres. Therefore I would like to add popular books where my students can follow characters across a series. Many of these characters grow as they visit different locations and other characters. The love of reading grows only when we explore new characters, worlds, and series. Please offer some support for our classroom!

About my class
