My students are all identified with special needs. Many require lots of sensory input and opportunities to help them control emotions and behaviors throughout the school day. Through using liquid floor tiles and wobble seats, my students can be more successful during times that they need help to focus and participate with peers especially during times like storytime. By using sensory play manipulative like squishy sand, my students can have opportunities to successful interact and play while still accessing their sensory needs. By providing sensory items, my students can be successful in our learning environment!
