I am requesting chair socks for a more peace and quiet in our rambunctious classroom! I moved classrooms this year and my new chairs don't have anything on them to reduce noise and wear and tear on the floors. My class is very high energy and we move around a lot, and without anything to muffle the sound of the students' chairs sliding across the tile floor, it can get really loud and distracting. I'd love to have some tennis balls to use as "Chair Socks" to keep my room just a tad bit more quiet and more easy to manage as the year goes on.
