PURPOSE: The purpose of this project is to provide an entrepreneurship opportunity for the students of the Special Education Department. This cart is to meet the coffee/drink needs of our staff while utilizing various skills for the Special Education students. The skills these students will have the opportunity to work on and gain will be: social skills, team work, communication skills, fine motor skills, money skills, daily living skills, and executive functioning skills. These gained skills will help them in their future with employment. Many students with varying abilities will be able to be involved with this cart because of the variety of jobs needed o make this a success. Students will: ï‚· sort the K-cups ï‚· fulfill orders ï‚· deliver orders ï‚· utilize appropriate customer service skills ï‚· count money ï‚· wash the materials ï‚· create goals on how to be a successful business
