Currently, the seating in my classroom consists of rows of desks. These desks are average sized which can be very small and confining for students with larger frames. Imagine a big football player, weighing in at close to 300, crammed into a desk. Yes, that is what you might see in my classroom. I want my students to come to my room and be comfortable and ready to learn. I want them to not be embarrassed by not fitting in a class desk. Flexible seating has been researched to be highly effective. I would love to provide this for my students.
