I want my classroom to inspire students to be creative and to have the courage to try new things--successful or not. I want students to have the opportunity to build and engineer new things. This project is designed to develop students' ability to engineer and focus on a given task through to completion. Our students will benefit from these materials by having that opportunity and exposure to challenging yet accessible goals that focus on skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. By working as individuals or part of a small group, students will be able to learn through physical activity and handiwork.

About my class
