These books will be used in a variety of ways, including at home reading, whole group readings, and flexible reading. These books will primarily be kept within my classroom, but may often be borrowed by students to read at home, or throughout the school. In cases where one book is emphasized in specific lessons, it could be read aloud, or I may have specific students share their insight on topics within the book. My main goal as a literacy instructor is to get my students passionate about reading, and these are just a few books that are essential to that cause.
