Building an Interactive Notebook lets students see and use math hands-on. Over 100 students will be cutting, pasting, coloring, and highlighting to make math more interesting and useful for them. This notebook is a great resource for them to keep and use throughout the upcoming years as well. Hands-on learning and playing is a great way to solidify the math needed for the coming years. Math Center games will be a fun outlet for students and they will enjoy playing with each other and learning at the same time. Practicing fractions and money is very helpful for students in this group.
