Many of these requested items are used for my students that need help with social skills. Not many resources have been provided to me to help my students.
My students will use the items I’ve requested to learn about emotions and self regulation because this is one of the biggest areas we work on in the resource room.
I also need help with resources with my low level and emerging readers. I have several second graders who will use the reading sources that are requested. These second graders are starting off basically on kindergarten level so we have a lot of work to catch up on. Each item will be used in my lessons to help catch these students up. All items will be used in my classroom and will be shared with my co teacher as needed.
These items will benefit many students. We currently have 42 students come into the resource room throughout the day with new students being added each week.
