Flair pens are the optimal writing tool for the little hands of my Kindergarten writers! They have a thicker tip that has more of a drag on it while the students write, helping them to have better control over the pen. These pens are shorter and thinner than markers, making it easier for young children to hold and ultimately strengthening their fine motor muscles. We also prefer pens over pencils so that students can focus more on writing than erasing.
We do lots of writing in Kindergarten and having a colorful and developmentally appropriate writing tool will make sure the students do their best writing! With this pack of pens the students will be able to use a color per day so they can keep track of the work they did over the course of the week. The sixth color will be used to revise and edit their writing to get it ready to be published.
These pens will be beneficial for all learners and blossoming writers in my class!
