As a kindergarten teacher, I hope to equip my classroom with flexible seating so that my room accommodates all students with comfort. School will be new to my students. They will have to practice sitting in a room for many hours while attempting to focus on a task. Flexible seating gives students the opportunity to feel comfortable in the room. They are free to wiggle around in their seats and release their jitters without distraction. Flexible seating improves attention, confidence, and productivity. I can’t wait to see how flexible seating impacts my students!
