The privacy partitions will be used when students need a private space to work. Our classrooms are small and students tend to sit close to one another. When taking assessments or working on independent assignments its imperative that students are able to focus on their own work without being distracted by their peers.
Privacy partitions will also be used by students who are uncomfortable or easily overwhelmed and distracted by the general activity in the classroom. Students with autism and/or other disabilities often prefer privacy when completing assignments, projects and assessments.
