I come from a title 1 school with lower income students. I am a new teacher and I want to provide my students with lots of great reading materials. We (teachers) provide our own curriculum for the classroom, so scholastic news will help add to our current events topic and give us some new learning opportunities. I would love to have a place to store our reading materials as well. I currently do not have a book shelf for my students.
Overall, I want our students to have access to diverse reading materials. The goal is to provide them with fun, engaging reads in the classroom!
