I am requesting funding for a 200 hour educator focused yoga and social emotional learning training (SEL) to help my students learn strategies to focus, work through emotions, calm their body and move their bodies in a safe and healthy way. Once completed this training will provide me with a Yoga Teacher certification allowing me to teach Yoga and these SEL techniques to the community based preschool teachers, my coworkers and other community organizations. I will be able to provide yoga classes for adults and children, as well as professional learning to organizations and my school community.

About my class
