We can probably all remember that one book that made us a reader. My students struggle to find that one book every year. I believe the diverse novels I handpicked will help my students become motivated readers. Reading is the key that opens doors. I need for my students to fall in love with literature and see the endless possibilities. My students will be so excited to finally see literature that they can relate to! I have included novels that include topics the history books skim over like Emmett Till and Loving vs. Virginia. Please help me share these incredible stories!

About my class
