My kindergarteners would love a comfy place to relax while reading a good book! I am working on creating more relaxing places in my classroom, the library being one of them. I want my classroom to feel welcoming. A "Reading Nook" with a couch would help my students calm down and relax, opening doors of new knowledge to enlighten their minds. It is proven that who read grow up to have better cognitive skills. I want my students to have a safe and comfortable place where they can let their imaginations soar.
