These books will be used to engage the students as a hook before science lessons begin. They will also be available in the reading center for the students to self-select books for their reading bags. These books will be used during independent reading time and partner reading time, as well as take-home books to read with parents. My goal with these books is to reach the non-fiction-loving students that I am not satisfied with the current selection of books available in my classroom. With your help, every child can find a book that is a perfect fit for them, and learning to love to read can be more easily achieved.
