TIME for Kids magazine is produced especially for children, and provides great insight into world events, different cultures and current issues. The award winning journalism and photography help engage kindergarteners in relevant non-fiction reading. Receiving a weekly TIME for Kids publication will help foster curiosity, critical thinking skills and tolerance. Using TIME for Kids in class will provide students with opportunities to discuss authentic news and share their views. At home, students can discuss topics with parents and have important issues reinforced. TIME for Kids would be a captivating way to provide enrichment in my kindergarten class.
