As a first-year Teach For America teacher, I am setting my classroom up from scratch. I want to ensure that my students are met with basic necessities. Having a printer will allow me to make student handouts in color which will boost their engagement and will allow me to create interactive visual aids to display in the class. With the variety of learners, I intend on teaching, visual aids will be an important part of our learning environment. In addition, having basic supplies like pencils and writing paper on hand will be important for my students in our daily lessons and they shouldn't have to be concerned about these things if they are unable to obtain them.

About my class
