I have included a good amount of hands on math manipulative's. In second grade students learn the foundations of higher level addition, subtraction, time, money and grouping. These foundation will help vault them into future math curriculums, making this a very important grade for growth in math. I have also added items that I believe will help make my classroom feel more comfortable for all students with various learning styles. I am very lucky to have a classroom full of bright students who can't wait to learn. Please help me, help them grow!

About my class
