I teach in a vibrant bilingual classroom on a Title I campus, where the majority of our students come from low-income households. Despite the challenges they face, my students show up every day with curiosity, resilience, and a strong desire to learn. Many of my students are English language learners, developing literacy in two languages at once—a task that takes a lot of focus, support, and encouragement. In our classroom, we celebrate our diverse cultural backgrounds and use our bilingualism as a strength in our learning journey. Because of limited resources at home, it can be difficult to provide all the materials and tools my students need to thrive. That’s where your support can make a life-changing impact. Every donation helps create a classroom environment that supports their growth, builds confidence, and shows them that their education matters.
